These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, which include direct mail campaigns, printing services, and digital marketing and AI-based services provided through our platform. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

SMS Consent & Opt-Out Policy

By opting into our SMS service you agree to receive appointment reminders, confirmation texts and promotional texts from Target Reach Solutions, LLC.  These messages will assist you in managing your mail and/or digital campaigns.

You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time.  To unsubscribe, simply text "STOP" to the phone number provided. Once we receive your "STOP" request, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After the confirmation, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin the service, you can sign up again using the same process, and we will resume sending appointment reminder and confirmation texts to you.

Please note that carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Additionally, standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages between us and you.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Target Reach Solutions, LLC provides a range of services including, but not limited to:

Direct Mail and Printing Services:

Co-op Style Postcards: Designing and publishing customized or client-provided ads on shared postcards mailed to households and businesses via USPS.

Custom Direct Mail Campaigns: Creation, design, printing, and mailing of individual or custom campaigns tailored to the client’s specific audience.

Printing Services: Production of high-quality printed materials, including postcards, letters, flyers, and other marketing collateral.

Shared or Individual Campaign Distribution: Coordination of USPS delivery to targeted geographic areas based on campaign type and client requirements.

Proofing and Approval: Clients will receive proofs for approval prior to printing and distribution.

Digital Marketing & AI-Based Services:

Website Creation and Hosting: Build and host websites on behalf of clients.

Missed Call Text Back: Automated SMS responses for missed calls.

CRM Hosting and Management: Hosting, setup, and maintenance of customer relationship management tools.

Chatbots and AI Agents: AI-driven messaging, lead capture, and engagement solutions for web, SMS, and social platforms.

Marketing Automations: Automated email and SMS campaigns, follow-up sequences, and lead nurturing workflows.

Reputation Management: Monitoring, responding to, and improving online reviews and ratings.

Social Media Management: Scheduling, posting, and managing content across social platforms.

Appointment Scheduling and Booking Tools: Online calendars and automated reminders.

Other Platform Services: Any additional digital marketing, automation, or AI tools available through our platform and requested by the client.

4. License to Use Advertisements and Content for Marketing

Grant of License: By submitting content (ads, website material, AI scripts, or other digital assets) to us, you grant Target Reach Solutions, LLC a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, and share the materials in our promotional campaigns. This includes online, social media, email, and marketing campaigns for the purpose of showcasing services.

Self-Promotion: We may display your submitted content in case studies, portfolios, and marketing materials to promote our business and services.

5. Payment Terms

Fees: You agree to pay the fees for ad placement, printing, mailing, digital services, AI tools, website development, CRM hosting, social media and reputation management, and any additional services provided. Pricing will be based on the service type, complexity, and any special requests.

Payment Schedule: All invoices must be paid in full according to the dates specified. Late payment may result in suspension or withholding of services.

6. Publication, Mailing, and Delivery

The publication and mailing of postcards, production of printed materials, and delivery of digital services are subject to availability and operational timelines. While we strive for timely execution, we do not guarantee specific publication, mailing, printing, or delivery dates.

7. Customer Responsibility

Content Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring all submitted content (ads, websites, AI scripts, social posts, printed materials) complies with laws, intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights.

Approval: For physical or digital content, you are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs within 24 hours of receipt. Once approved, content will be published, printed, or implemented.

9. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Results: While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from direct mail, printing, digital services, AI tools, websites, CRM, chatbots, social media, reputation management, or automated campaigns.

Content Rejection: We may reject content we deem unlawful, offensive, or unsuitable.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Target Reach Solutions, LLC is not liable for damages resulting from use of our services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Target Reach Solutions, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if Terms are violated, payments are not made, or actions are deemed harmful or unlawful.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rockingham County, NH for disputes.

14. Miscellaneous

15. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Cancellations or changes after approval or implementation of services (ads, printed materials, websites, AI tools, social media, reputation management, or automations) will result in full responsibility for costs incurred.

16. Digital Services and AI-Specific Terms

By using digital services, AI, automation, chatbots, CRM, social media, reputation management, printing, or marketing tools:

You agree that AI-generated content may be based on pre-existing datasets and algorithms; Target Reach Solutions, LLC does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing automated messages, campaigns, and AI interactions before publishing or activating.

Target Reach Solutions, LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or unintended consequences of automated systems.
